Before your tee off day, please take a moment to review the following details. As a smaller 9-hole course with tee times spaced 8 minutes apart, we’ve noticed that larger groups can sometimes pose challenges in terms of organization and timely play. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request that you answer a couple of questions. Our ultimate goal is to allow your group to enjoy all that golf has to offer while minimizing any impact on other golfers and subsequent groups.” Feel free to share this simplified version with your golfers!
To secure tee times for your group, we kindly request that you provide a credit card. Rest assured; no charges will be applied immediately. The purpose of collecting this information is to reserve your spots and cover any incidentals, such as no-shows, during check-in. You can conveniently share your card details over the phone when booking your tee times. Feel free to speak with the tournaments coordinator for assistance. Thank you for choosing our course, and we look forward to providing you with an enjoyable golf experience! PLEASE make sure to advise everyone in the group of the course policies and check-in procedures to keep the process organized and smooth.
Things to know & Questions to answer on the form below:
1. The Group Administrator must arrive at the golf course 20 minutes before tee times begin. The administrator will be placed in the last tee-time group so that they are able to assist the check-in counter in organizing the groups and ensuring smooth play for all.
2. What is the golf proficiency level of the players? Are they beginners, intermediate, knowledgeable about all the rules of golf?
3. Are there any club rentals needed? If so, how many do you estimate? Please Note – We have limited quantities of rental sets (10 Right, 4 Left). All golfers must have and carry their own set for the game. NO sharing from one bag. We do have a couple of small Sunday bag rentals for splitting double sets up.
4. Due to limited availability, power carts are available for golfers who require assistance navigating the course. we allow a maximum of two golfers per cart. Will your group need any power carts?
5. Everyone MUST be here no later than 20 minutes before their tee times start to get organized and in their respective groups. Groups will gather in the parking lot at the greeting area with their group of golfers and will be called around to check-in one group at a time to keep things calm for the check-in window.
6. To ensure a smooth and well-organized event, we kindly request the following updates: One week before the tournament date: Please provide any rental preferences, golfer names, and other relevant changes, and NO LATER than 48 hours before tee-off: Ensure that all final changes and updates are submitted to our team.

As a guideline, all group members should be aware of our play policy, which involves an 8-minute pace per hole. To adhere to this policy re require your groups to play the following:
- Best Ball Play: After everyone tees off, locate the closest hit balls and move them to the location of the farthest hit ball. Play from this spot. This approach streamlines play and maintains a steady pace.
- Ready Golf: Encourage everyone to hit their shots simultaneously rather than waiting for each other. This efficient method prevents delays and ensures golfers do not take turns hitting one by one.
By following these guidelines, we can maintain an accurate overall pace on the course and prevent congestion, which can occasionally lead to tension between slower and faster groups and allow all golfers on the course to enjoy their game!
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. Once you confirm that everything is clear and understood, we can proceed with the booking process and credit information.
Thanks for considering Mount Douglas Golf Course.
Tournament times are available to be booked in the afternoons Monday to Friday and all day on the weekends, if the requested times are available. Time placement and availability is at the discretion of the golf course. There are situations that may limit availability and our ability to host larger groups as we are a small 9 hole golf course with a small clubhouse and patio, which limits us with seating for over 20 golfer and club rentals as well.
