Monarch Holdings Ltd., which operates under the name Mount Douglas Golf Course (together with its agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “Mount Douglas Golf Course”, “we”, or “us”) and is a 9 hole executive Golf Course that provides golf to the community. We are a Canadian corporation based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
