A bit about our history

The Mount Douglas golf course was designed and built by Harry and Eric Lovett and opened in the fall of 1971. The golf course is still owned and operated by the Lovett family.

In 2021, we celebrated 50 years of golf at Mount Douglas Golf Course and are very proud of supporting health, Sports and wellness in our community.

Mount Doug offers a little something for every caliber of golfer with 5 par three holes and 4 pars fours. We are proud to be the only 9 hole executive Par 3 golf course in Victoria, BC.

The golf course sits in a picturesque setting on the backside of Mt. Douglas Park in the Blenkinsop Valley on beautiful Vancouver Island.

Our longest hole is hole 3 with 272 yards and the shortest is 70 yards on hole 9 giving you a chance to use just about every club in your bag!
